By downloading, installing, or using Lookit!!!, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
1. About Lookit!!!
Lookit!!! is a platform that connects customers with local service providers for appointment booking.

2. Eligibility
To use Lookit!!!, you must:
✓Be at least 18 years old
✓Have legal capacity to enter into contracts
✓Not be prohibited by law from using the service
✓Provide accurate information during signup
✓Accept these Terms in full
By using Lookit!!!, you represent and warrant that you meet all above requirements.
3. User Accounts & Security
3.1 Account Creation
•Use accurate name and email
•Create a strong, unique password
•Don't share your account credentials
•Keep contact information updated
•One account per person
3.2 Account Responsibility — You are responsible for:
✓All activity under your account
✓Keeping your password confidential
✓All bookings made from your account
✓Reporting unauthorized access immediately
3.3 Account Suspension — We may suspend your account if you:
❌Violate these Terms
❌Engage in fraudulent behavior
❌Harass or abuse other users
❌Attempt to hack or compromise security
❌Create multiple accounts to bypass rules
❌Provide false information
4. Prohibited Conduct
You agree NOT to use Lookit!!! to:
❌Engage in illegal activities
❌Harass, threaten, or abuse users or businesses
❌Share obscene, defamatory, or hateful content
❌Spam or send unsolicited messages
❌Impersonate others or misrepresent identity
❌Attempt to hack, breach, or reverse-engineer
❌Scrape, copy, or bulk-download data
❌Interfere with server operations
❌Use bots or automated tools
❌Engage in fraud or deception
❌Book appointments with no intent to attend
❌Use Lookit!!! for human trafficking or exploitation
Violation = account termination and potential legal action.
5. Appointment Booking & Cancellation
5.1 How Bookings Work
•You select a business and time slot
•A booking confirmation is sent to your email
•The business may contact you to confirm
•You are committed to the appointment
5.2 Your Responsibilities
✓Show up on time (within 15 minutes)
✓Provide accurate information
✓Inform business of cancellation ASAP
5.3 Cancellation Policy
•Cancel via app before deadline (typically 24h)
•Late cancellations may be charged by business
•No-shows = business may charge cancellation fee
•Repeated no-shows = account warning or suspension
5.4 We Are Not Liable For
❌Overbooking by businesses
❌Quality of service provided
❌Cancellations by businesses
❌Time delays or missed appointments
❌Professional malpractice by service providers
Lookit!!! is a booking platform only — we don't perform services.
6. Intellectual Property & License
6.1 Our Intellectual Property:
•App code and design
•Business logic and algorithms
•Content (text, images, logos)
•Brand names and trademarks
6.2 Your License — We grant you a limited license to:
✓Download and use the app on your device
✓Access our service for personal, non-commercial use
✓Create one personal account
You may NOT:
❌Copy, modify, or create derivative works
❌Sell, lease, or sublicense the app
❌Decompile or reverse-engineer
❌Use the app for commercial purposes
6.3 Your Content:
•You retain ownership of content
•You grant us a license to display/share
•You warrant content is original and lawful
•We may remove content violating these Terms
7. Limitation of Liability
Lookit!!! is provided AS IS without warranties. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:
❌Loss of data or information
❌Lost profits or revenue
❌Indirect, incidental, or special damages
❌Service interruptions or outages
❌Bugs or security vulnerabilities
❌Third-party conduct (businesses, users)
❌Payment disputes or chargebacks
Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid in the past 12 months or $100 USD, whichever is less.
8. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify Lookit!!! against any claims arising from:
•Your violation of these Terms
•Your violation of any law
•Content you post
•Your interaction with other users
•Claims by third parties regarding your actions
9. Dispute Resolution & Arbitration
9.1 Informal Resolution — Before legal action:
1.Email privacy@lookitonline.com with details
2.We'll respond within 10 business days
3.Good-faith negotiation for 30 days
4.If unresolved, proceed to arbitration
9.2 Binding Arbitration
•Conducted in English language
•Under rules of the International Chamber of Commerce
•In a neutral location (Vienna or London)
•Each party pays own costs
9.3 Class Action Waiver — You waive the right to:
❌Participate in class actions
❌Pursue claims as part of a collective
❌Bring derivative claims
10. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Romania and applicable EU law.
11. Suspension & Termination
We may suspend/terminate if you:
•Violate these Terms
•Engage in illegal activity
•Threaten safety of other users
•Repeatedly book and no-show
•Attempt hacking/fraud
•Required by law
Effect of Termination:
•Your account is deleted
•Your data is handled per Privacy Policy
•You lose access to Lookit!!!
12. Third-Party Services
Lookit!!! integrates with Google Maps and Google Analytics. We are not responsible for their conduct or privacy practices.
Businesses listed on Lookit!!! are third parties. We do not vet, endorse, or accept liability for their services.
13. Modifications to Terms
•We may modify these Terms at any time
•Material changes take effect 30 days after posting
•Legal/security changes take effect immediately
•Continued use = acceptance of new Terms
•We notify via email and in-app banner
14. Feedback & Suggestions
By submitting feedback, you grant us a perpetual, royalty-free license to use them without compensation.
16. Entire Agreement
These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Lookit!!!.
By using Lookit!!!, you:
✓Acknowledge reading these Terms
✓Understand and accept all provisions
✓Agree to be bound by these Terms
